Your satisfaction is important to us.  If you are not satisfied with any of your purchases, just follow our simple return merchandise instruction detailed below.

For returns and exchanges, please make sure to call us at 714-525-0505, or E-mail us at rma@asosan.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number.

In the case of any damages or incorrect shipments, you must return it in the original box with the packaging slip, freight prepaid and insured, within 3 days after receipt of your order for a prompt free replacement shipment. Returned items must be in new condition to be eligible for refund. A $15 re-stocking fee may be charged if the item is used.

All returns must be made within 15 days after receipt of your order. Every return merchandise must include:

1) a copy of the original invoice
2) your name, address and daytime phone number.
